Kinderlaken Finders Service helps families find a long-term nanny (3 months or longer) for their household.

We carefully match you with a suitable nanny and take care of important checks and preparations. This includes police background checks and ensuring the nanny is certified in CPR and first aid (or arranging training if needed). We also organize a trial session so both the family and nanny can meet and decide if it’s the right fit.

Once you are happy to move forward, the family and nanny handle the employment contract directly, including AHV/UVG registration and salary arrangements. At that point, Kinderlaken steps back, allowing you to work together independently with confidence.

A finder's fee will be applied as part of Kinderlaken's role in finding the nanny. The amount varies for each family. Please enquire directly with us for more information about this service.
